高风险生态敏感区容易受隧道修建扰动而产生环境负效应,对地下水环境的影响尤为明显。本文以地下水动态平衡理念为核心,将植被生态需水量引入水环境恢复平衡公式中,考虑维持生态敏感区隧道植被正常生长发育的生态前提,提出了高风险生态敏感区隧道控制排水量计算方法和流程,为隧道“限量排放”的量值提供了计算标准和科学依据。
