对亚种间杂交稻结实障碍及水稻源库关系理论进行了讨论 ,认为“次库”在一定程度上有阻止秕粒的形成和延缓衰老的作用 ,抽穗后源对产量形成起主要作用.水稻产量的限制因子可以分为源限制型、库限制型及其它类型.阐述了亚种间杂交稻结实障碍的 3种假设 ,认为水稻籽粒间存在的“粒间顶端生长优势”是籽粒充实不良的生理原因.该文还对应用植物生长调节剂克服结实障碍问题进行了讨论.“,”The physiological barrier in seed setting of sub species hybrid rice and “sink source” theory wasdiscussed: The storage products in rice sub sink can prevent the occurrence of shriveled grain and slow down the senescence to some extent. The contribution of source after heading plays key role to the final yield. Based on the main limiting factors to grain yield, there are three types of sub species hybrid rice: source limited type, sink limited type and other type. Three hypotheses of the physiological barrier in seed setting were also discussed. It is considered that the “inter grain apical dominance” in panicle was the physiological factor for the filling barrier in sub species hybrid rice. The use of plant growth substance to facilitate the grain filling was also discussed.
