建立和完善军队领导干部考核评价制度,是军队实施人才战略工程的一个重要课题。本文运用理论与实际相结合、定性与定量相结合、逻辑推理等方法,从建立领导干部考核评审委员会、细化量化领导干部考核评价标准、改进领导干部考核评价办法、合理运用领导干部考核评价结果等四个方面,提出了建立和完善军队领导干部考核评价制度的基本思路。
