高强度和超高强度钢的切削加工性较差,历来存在着刀具耐用度短,加工效率低及刀具消耗大等问题。本文通过大量科学实验,优选了能高效率切削高强度和超高强度钢的新型硬质合金;优选和确定了刀具的合理几何参数;对耐用度与切削用量之间的关系进行了较深入的研究,并通过工厂调查和计算,制定了合理的刀具耐用度和切削用量。工厂生产中采用了优选的刀具材料、几何参数和切削用量后,取得了明显的经济效果。
High-strength and ultra-high-strength steel, poor machinability, there has always been a tool of short durability, low processing efficiency and tool consumption problems. In this paper, through a large number of scientific experiments, a new type of cemented carbide with high strength and ultrahigh strength steel can be selected efficiently. The reasonable geometrical parameters of the tool have been optimized and determined. The relationship between durability and cutting load has been deeply studied Research, and through the factory survey and calculation, developed a reasonable tool durability and cutting dosage. The factory production has adopted the preferred tool material, geometric parameters and the amount of cutting, achieved significant economic results.
