目前,由于组织培养技术对某些果树尚存在诱导生根、土培成活等困难,而使这项新技术在实际应用中受到一定限制。近年来,有人曾用苹果试管绿苗进行大树高接,以弥补组培技术在实际应用中存在的具体问题,但其成活率均较低。
At present, due to the tissue culture technology, some fruit trees still have some problems such as induction of rooting and soil culture, which make the new technology limited in practical application. In recent years, some people have used apple green shoots in vitro to carry out large trees, in order to make up for the practical problems of tissue culture techniques, but their survival rates are low.
