基础教育的教学名师多是通过“公开课”等渠道脱颖而出的。他们精心设计的教学和普通教师的常态教学有很大的距离。为了充分发挥教学潜能,应多研究和提供对“难教学生”有效施教的案例,直面新课改在应试教育张力中的操作困惑,并去乡镇的非重点中小学做些调研,进行研究性教学尝试,从而使自己的教学创新发力点,对我国基层学校教学发挥引领作用。
