霉菌性外阴阴道炎过去在临床上并不多见,59年吕慎益氏曾报告一例,最近一年我们在门诊工作中,发现有部分妇女外阴瘙庠,查不出明显的原因,经过不少药物治疗皆无效,后经白带培养乃发现为霉菌性外阴阴道炎,且为数不少,因之我们就决定对此症作一系统性观察研究,经过五个多月来的临床及其细菌学检验,对霉菌性外阴阴道炎的病因、症状、治疗及其与滴虫性阴道炎的关系等获得一些经验,特介绍如下:
