近年来,我国金针菇生产发展迅速,许多单位引进我所选育的三明一号和日本信浓二号等菌株。三明一号菌株出菇快,栽培周期短,产量高,菇形圆整,菌柄较粗壮、抗病力强。经多年栽培,产质量稳定,但菌盖肉薄,较易开伞,菌柄基部也易褐变,制罐产品色泽较深。而日本信浓二号菌株菇体洁白,菌盖内卷,肉厚,开伞慢,较适合制罐,但出菇慢,栽培周期长,抗病力差,产量低,生物效率仅25~60%。为了选育出更优良的金针菇栽培菌株,笔者从1983年开始以这两个菌株为杂交亲本,进行杂交育种研究,获得了一批杂交菌株,其中19号菌株经四年的栽培结果表明,是
