依法治局对邮电企业来说是一个新课题,邮电企业如何才能针对自己的特点搞好依法治局工作呢?下面把我局几年来的实践情况向大家作个介绍,希望能起到抛砖引玉的作用。(一)依法育人,增强职工的法律意识是开展依法治局的基础。法是人制定的,还得靠人去执行。职工能否自觉地遵守和执行法律法规及各项规章制度,能否自觉地运用法律武器维护自己的合法权益,同他们法律意识的强弱密切相关。只有法律意识增强了,职工们才能自觉地投身到依法治局工作中去。
