两岸经济的发展,符合两岸人民的根本利益,也是两岸各界共同奋斗的方向。台湾方面在2009年6月30日公布了相关规定,开放大陆投资人赴台投资,但台湾地区与投资相关的法规体系不同,投资人要完全且深入了解,有一定的困难度。但大陆投资人赴台投资就在眼前,如何让大陆的朋友在赴台投资前的很短时间内,能对台湾地区相关投资法规有一定的基础认识,一直是台声杂志社关注的事情。2009年11月台胞林则奘出版《成功赴台投资》一书,该书因内容实用、可参考性较强而备受关注。自本期起,本刊和台湾扬尘综合法律事务所合作开设“服务在线”栏目,选载《成功赴台投资》相关章节,以便于为两岸民众做好服务。同时,各界对两岸经济交流中有任何服务要求,均可发邮件联系本刊(taisheng@21cn.com),本刊将及时回映。
The development of cross-Strait economy conforms to the fundamental interests of people on both sides of the Straits and also the direction for common efforts across the Taiwan Strait. Taiwan promulgated the relevant regulations on June 30, 2009, opening up mainland investors to invest in Taiwan. However, the laws and regulatory systems relating to investment in Taiwan are different. Investors must have complete and thorough understanding of them and have some difficulties. However, mainland investors investing in Taiwan is at hand. How to allow Mainland friends to have some basic understanding of relevant investment laws and regulations in Taiwan within a very short period before investing in Taiwan has always been a concern of Taiwan Radio and Television. In November 2009, Taiwan compatriot Lin Zeyi published the book, “Successfully Investing in Taiwan,” a book that is highly informative and of great concern because of its practical content. Since this issue, the magazine and Taiwan’s dust law firm jointly set up the “Service Online” section to select chapters on “Successful Investment to Taiwan” in order to serve the people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
