目的:采用免疫组化方法检测E-钙黏素和β-连环素在人类侵袭性、非侵袭性及复发性垂体腺瘤中的表达,并探讨其相关关系,为进一步了解人类垂体腺瘤的生物学行为提供依据。方法:对56例垂体腺瘤病理标本采用免疫组化EnVision法,以单克隆抗体直接检测E-钙黏素、β-连环素的表达。按染色强度和阳性范围评估免疫组化结果,分析黏附分子表达程度与垂体腺瘤有无侵袭性及术后复发的相关关系。结果:E-钙黏素在侵袭性、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤之间阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.36,P<0.05),β-连环素在侵袭性、非侵袭性垂体腺瘤之间阳性表达程度差异也有统计学意义(uc=2.41,P<0.05)。在术后复发、未复发垂体腺瘤中,E-钙黏素阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.42,P<0.05),β-连环素阳性表达程度差异有统计学意义(uc=2.14,P<0.05)。结论:E-钙黏素、β-连环素的低表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性相关;E-钙黏素、β-连环素较低表达的垂体腺瘤,术后更易出现复发。
OBJECTIVE: To detect the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in human invasive, non-invasive and recurrent pituitary adenomas by immunohistochemistry, and to explore the relationship between E-cadherin and β-catenin in human pituitary adenomas Biological behavior to provide the basis. Methods: The immunohistochemical EnVision method was used to detect the expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin in 56 cases of pituitary adenomas. The immunohistochemical results were evaluated according to the staining intensity and the positive range, and the correlation between the expression of adhesion molecules and the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas and recurrence was analyzed. Results: The positive expression of E-cadherin in invasive and non-invasive pituitary adenomas was significantly different (uc = 2.36, P <0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of E-cadherin and β-catenin is related to the invasiveness of pituitary adenomas. E-cadherin and β-catenin with lower expression of pituitary adenomas are more likely to recur after surgery.
