从大多数国家的统计实践看,长期以来一直是以核算数据为统计信息的主流。经济核算在社会经济统计活动中的地位如此显著,以至于在全世界范围内已经形成了一整套近乎完美无缺的核算体系——新SNA核算体系。从数量方面完整地反映国民经济系统的运行状态,新SNA核算体系有着其他任何一种统计活动无法企及的作用。事实上,在社会经济统计领域,经济核算一直是被作为统计活动的轴心看待的,其他一切统计活动都围绕着这一轴心运转。
From the statistical practice in most countries, accounting data has long been the mainstay of statistical information. The position of economic accounting in socio-economic statistics is so remarkable that a nearly complete set of accounting systems, the new SNA accounting system, has been established around the world. In terms of quantity, the state of the national economy is completely reflected in its operation status. The new SNA system has the effect of being unattainable by any other kind of statistical activity. In fact, in the field of socio-economic statistics, economic accounting has always been viewed as the axis of statistical activity, and all other statistical activities revolve around this axis.
