高层建筑的建筑体系主要有钢结构、钢筋混凝土结构等。其中的钢筋混凝土结构,因其混凝土的原材料来源广泛、硬化后的混凝土具有的良好的强度和耐久性等特点而被广泛采用。高层建筑混凝土施工具有如下特点:工程量大,造价高;同时,由于层数较多,工期长,一般多层建筑工期为10个月,而高层建筑的工期为2年,因此,季节性施工(雨季施工、冬季施工)不可避免;高空作业,垂直运输量大,运距长。混凝土的垂直运输量约占总垂直运输量的75%左右;钢筋密集,增加了混凝土的浇筑难度;结构上的竖向结构分散,构件类型和数量大,一般有竖向的柱、墙和水平的梁板,且各种构件所用的混凝土标号不一致,甚至同种构件的混凝土标号在不同层也不一致,无疑给混凝土的泵送施工增加了复杂性。
