我厂生产的各系列中小型变压器的夹件和底座所用的材料几乎全是槽钢,所以槽钢切断的工作量非常大。以前我们采用锯床下料,消耗了很多锯条和冷却液。针对这种情况,结合我厂实际,我们设计了槽钢切断模,效果很好,使生产效率大大提高。经试用,切完的工件切口整齐,无毛刺,工件平整不变形,可满足图纸要求。槽钢切断需用的冲剪力较大,为了减小冲剪力,减少冲击、振动和噪声,模具采用斜刃
