目的:测定乳疾灵片中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为色谱柱:HypersilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.075mol/L磷酸溶液(用三乙胺调节pH至4.5)-乙腈(73∶27);流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:270nm。结果:淫羊藿苷在28.0～40.0μg/mL范围内,浓度与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9994)。平均回收率为100.84%,RSD为1.32%(n=9),方法的精密度、稳定性及重现性良好。结论:分析方法简便,快速准确,可作为乳疾灵片的质控标准。
Objective: To determine the content of icariin in Yuxanling tablets. Methods: HPLC was carried out using octadecylsilane bonded silica as column: Hypersil C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm); mobile phase: 0.075 mol / L phosphoric acid solution (adjusted to pH 4.5 with triethylamine) - acetonitrile (73:27); flow rate: 1.0 mL / min; detection wavelength: 270 nm. Results: Icariin in the range of 28.0 ~ 40.0μg / mL, the concentration and peak area of a good linear relationship (r = 0.9994). The average recovery was 100.84%, RSD was 1.32% (n = 9), and the method was good in precision, stability and reproducibility. Conclusion: The analysis method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used as the quality control standard of Yuxingling tablets.
