本文通过对西安市中小学英语教师就业前景相关方面现状的调查分析,以此来发现在西安市中小学英语教师就业前景中存在的问题,然后提出解决这一问题的对策以及策略。即在西安市中小学教师的培养模式上,学校、社会、以及师范生自身都应该采取相应的措施,加强中小学英语师资队伍建设,以此稳步推进我市中小学英语教学工作。
Through the investigation and analysis of the employment prospects of primary and secondary school English teachers in Xi’an, this paper finds out the problems existing in employment prospects of primary and secondary school English teachers in Xi’an and puts forward the countermeasures and tactics to solve this problem. That is, primary and secondary school teachers in Xi’an mode of training, schools, community and normal students should take appropriate measures to strengthen the construction of primary and secondary English teachers, in order to steadily promote the city’s primary and secondary English teaching.
