随着我国民营企业的不断发展,企业内部的劳动关系问题日益显现出来,构建和谐劳动关系,对于企业发展、社会稳定有重要作用。本文从和谐劳动关系的内涵和我国民营企业劳动关系的现状入手,从企业、劳动者和政府三方的角度探讨了我国民营企业和谐劳动关系的构建,希望对当前民营企业劳动关系的改善起到参考作用。
With the continuous development of private-owned enterprises in our country, the internal labor relations problems in the enterprises are increasingly revealed. Building harmonious labor relations plays an important role in the development of enterprises and social stability. Starting with the connotation of harmonious labor relations and the status quo of labor relations of private enterprises in our country, this paper discusses the construction of harmonious labor relations of private enterprises in our country from the perspectives of enterprises, laborers and governments, hoping to make reference to the current improvement of labor relations in private enterprises effect.
