英语阅读训练是英语学习的核心,英语阅读能力是听、说、写、译的基础,也是学习英语的一种基本能力。高职英语阅读教学是培养学生成为能利用英语快速获取各种信息,并具有高职专业知识技能和外语交际能力人才的有效途径。本文在分析当前高职英语阅读教学现状的基础上,分析了阻碍大学生英语阅读能力提高的因素:教师的教学方法和学生自身的特点;接着根据这些因素,文章提出克服这些障碍的解决方法,比如,重视文化背景知识,重视语篇的影响,重视词汇的习得等等;最后文章提到老师应该注意阅读技巧的训练,帮助学生掌握阅读技巧,提高英语阅读能力.
English reading training is the core of English learning. English reading ability is the basis of listening, speaking, writing and translating. It is also a basic ability to learn English. Higher vocational English reading teaching is to train students to be able to use English to quickly access a variety of information, and with professional knowledge and skills and foreign language communicative ability of effective ways. Based on the analysis of the present situation of English reading teaching in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the factors which hinder the improvement of college students ’English reading ability: teachers’ teaching methods and the characteristics of students themselves; and then according to these factors, the article proposes solutions to overcome these obstacles, such as , Emphasis on cultural background knowledge, emphasis on the impact of discourse, attention to vocabulary acquisition and so on; the last article mentioned that teachers should pay attention to the training of reading skills to help students master reading skills and improve their English reading ability.
