铬镀层具有光亮、坚硬、抗变色,在大气中稳定,能长期保持光泽等特点,是一种相当好的金属。但铬酐毒性大,铬雾的逸出和含铬废水的直接排放会严重污染空气和水源,影响人民健康。为此,自30年代开始,各国电镀界的学者进行了不懈努力,发展了各种代铬镀层。但由于漂亮的色泽,抗蚀性和耐磨性无法同时获得,使这一研究至今未达到预期的效果。本文研究了一种新的代铬刷镀合金——
