提出要彻底解决摩擦提升的滑绳问题必须增设滑绳后备保护装置;利用安全系统工程中的 FTA 法得出了滑绳监测参数是相对滑速;对监测系统与控制的作用条件提出了明确的规定,并给出了相应的计算式;最后介绍了滑绳监测系统的组成、工作原理及软件框图。
