为探讨天门冬的抗衰老机制,采用D-半乳糖衰老模型小鼠,观察其对脑SOD、MDA、Na+、K+-ATPase对红细胞膜、肝细胞膜MDA、Na+、K+-ATPase,对睾丸线粒体GSH-Px、MDA、Na+、K+-ATPase的影响;结果表明:天门冬乙醇提取液可显著提高衰老模型小鼠脑SOD、MDA、Na+、K+-ATPase活力,降低MDA含量(P<0.01);可显著提高肝细胞膜Na+、K+-ATPase活力,降低MDA含量(P<0.01);可显著提高睾丸线粒体GSH-Px、Na+、K+-ATPase活力(P<0.01),降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。
