International Rectifier (IR), a global leader in power semiconductors and management solutions, introduces a new family of -30V devices using IR’s latest SO-8 packaged P-channel MOSFET silicon components for battery charging and discharging switches as well as DC applications System / load switch. The on-resistance (RDS (on)) of the new P-channel devices ranges from 4.6mΩ to 59mΩ and matches a wide range of power requirements.
