地表径流随季节和时间所表现出来的不平衡现象,限制了人类对水资源的合理、持续和安全利用。为了安全有效地利用水资源,可以让地下水起到水库的作用,来补偿干旱期地表径流的不足,而减少的地下水量可以在随后的雨季得到补充,即将水资源作为一个整体,实现地表水和地下水的联合利用。评价了水资源联合利用的可靠性,概述了取水口的设计和运行机制,介绍了模拟地表水和地下水联合利用系统的相关情况。
The unbalanced phenomena of surface runoff with the season and time limit the rational, sustained and safe utilization of water resources by mankind. In order to use water resources safely and effectively, the groundwater can be used as a reservoir to compensate for the shortage of surface runoff during the drought period, and the reduced groundwater volume can be supplemented in the following rainy season by integrating the water resources as a whole to achieve surface water and Groundwater utilization. The reliability of water resources utilization was evaluated, the design and operation mechanism of water intakes were summarized, and the relative situation of the simulation system of combined use of surface water and groundwater was introduced.
