研究了以多孔硅胶为载体,国产N_(263)为固定液,酒石酸钠为流动相分离SeO_3~(3-)、TeO_3~(2-)的条件。在选定条件下,10分钟内可定量分离SeO_3~(2-)和TeO_3~(2-)。进行了实际样品分析,获良好结果,变异系数不大于1.7%。考察了硒、碲在高分子胺柱上的色谱行为。
The conditions for the separation of SeO_3 ~ (3 -) and TeO_3 ~ (2-) with porous silica as support and domestic N_ (263) as fixative and sodium tartrate as mobile phase were studied. Under selected conditions, SeO 3 2- and TeO 3 2- can be quantitatively separated within 10 minutes. The actual sample analysis was performed with good results with a coefficient of variation of not more than 1.7%. The chromatographic behavior of selenium and tellurium on a polymeric amine column was investigated.
