对１０２４例阿片类依赖者戒断后血压的变化进行分析，发现粗制阿片、海洛因或二氢埃托啡身体依赖者戒断后，中、重度戒断症状者的血压低于正常人血压。阿片、海洛因依赖者戒断后６ｈ内血压无明显变化，戒断后７－１２０ｈ的血压低于正常人血压。阿片、海洛因依赖者戒断后的血压亦低于恢复后的血压。结果表明，阿片类依赖者戒断后血压会有所下降，但下降范围不大，均在正常值范围内。
The changes of blood pressure after abstinence in 1024 opioid dependent patients were analyzed. The blood pressure of those with moderate or severe withdrawal symptoms was found to be lower than that of normal people after being abstained from the treatment of crude opiate, heroin or dihydroetorphine. Opium, heroin addicts within 6h after withdrawal no significant change in blood pressure, blood pressure after abstinence 7-120h lower than normal blood pressure. Opiates and heroin addicts also had lower blood pressure after withdrawal from their recovered blood pressure. The results showed that opioid dependent blood pressure will be decreased after withdrawal, but the decline is not large, are in the normal range.
