2011年1513名,采用logistic回归模型分析2型糖尿病患者发生高尿酸血症的危险因素,计算比值比及95%置信区间。结果:高尿酸血症发生率为22.6%,男性21.38%,女性23.82%,与非高尿酸血症组比,年龄、性别、体质指数、血压、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯及肌酐均(p值<0.05。比值比及95%置信区间分别为1.496(1.074~2.085);2.359(1.587~3.507);1.612(1.185~2.192);1.436(1.053~1.957);2.229(1.672~2.970);5.760(3.811~8.706)。结论:BMI增高、血脂及肾功能指标异常为2型糖尿病患者合并高尿酸血症的独立危险因素。
In 2011, 1513 patients were enrolled in this study. Risk factors for hyperuricemia in type 2 diabetic patients were analyzed using logistic regression model, and odds ratios and 95% confidence intervals were calculated. Results: The incidence of hyperuricemia was 22.6%, male 21.38%, female 23.82%. Compared with non-hyperuricemia group, age, gender, body mass index, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride and creatinine (p <0.05. The odds ratio and 95% confidence interval were 1.496 (1.074-2.085), 2.359 (1.587-3.507), 1.612 (1.185-2.1962), 1.436 (1.053-1.9577), 2.229 (1.672-2.970) 5.760 (3.811 ~ 8.706) .Conclusion: Increased BMI and dyslipidemia and renal dysfunction are independent risk factors for type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia.
