目的研究PACS下改进型静脉肾盂造影技术的应用价值。方法对200例静脉肾盂造影(其中传统静脉肾盂造影92例,传统大剂量肾盂造影8例,改进型静脉肾盂造影100例)进行回顾性分组比较分析。结果改进型静脉肾盂造影技术比传统普通剂量静脉肾盂造影技术缩短压迫时间9~11min;其造影剂用量与传统普通剂量静脉肾盂造影技术相同。结论改进型静脉肾盂造影技术优于传统普通剂量静脉肾盂造影技术;也优于传统大剂量静脉肾盂造影技术。
Objective To study the application value of improved intravenous pyelography under PACS. Methods 200 cases of intravenous pyelography (including traditional intravenous pyelography in 92 cases, traditional high-dose pyelography in 8 cases, improved intravenous pyelography in 100 cases) were retrospectively grouped and analyzed. Results Improved intravenous pyelography improved the compression time by 9 ~ 11 min compared with traditional common intravenous pyelography. The dosage of contrast medium was the same as that of traditional common intravenous pyelography. Conclusion Improved intravenous pyelography is superior to traditional common intravenous pyelography and traditional high-dose intravenous pyelography.
