液压系统,特别是金属切削机床的液压系统的发热问题,往往给设计和运行带来了麻烦。液压油发热对机床的精度,特别是对高精度机床的精度有很大的影响。所以液压油的冷却问题随机床精度的提高愈来愈显得重要。要想把液压油冷却下来倒不难,可是要求体积小、不大复杂的冷却系统并不容易。实践证明,油箱在机床内冷却面积不够,温升较高,影响机床精度。放在机床外为求得较低油温而不采用水冷往往会导致箱体过大。
