高科技领域非常广泛,如微电子技术、生物工程、光导纤维、激光技术、海洋工程、宇航技术、机器人、新材料、新能源……,那么,上海究竟抓住哪些高科技项目呢?经过领导和专家六个多月的调研,结合上海市工业、科技、教育等多种条件,最后选择了以下三种:信息、现代生物医药和新材料,作为发展的重点。下面,我们就这三个领域的前沿和发展作一介绍,以向读者。 一 信息是一个非常广泛的领域,它包括通信技术、计算机技术、微电子技术、光导纤维以及计算机网络化……等等。其表现形式为通信和计算机,但其核心应该是微电子技术。 五十年代末,随着半导体、集成电路的诞生,很快形成了一个崭新的技术领域——微电子技术。当时,主要用于军事、空间领域以及一些特殊需要的尖端项目。六十年代中诞生了大规模集成电路;七十年代末,又发展到超大规
