目的探讨不同类型过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿血中IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α和IFN-γ的变化及意义.方法收集HSP疾病组180例和正常儿童组30例的血标本,疾病组包括HSP患儿腹型初发组的急性期和恢复期各30例,非腹型初发组的急性期与恢复期各30例,腹型复发组急性期30例,非腹型复发组急性期30例.用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法测定血标本中的IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α和IFN-γ的水平并进行比较和分析.结果 IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α疾病组水平均高于正常组,且各型急性期水平高于恢复期水平,复发组水平高于初发组(P<0.05),腹型与非腹型间比较(P>0.05);IFN-γ疾病组水平均低于正常组,且各型急性期水平低于恢复期水平,复发组水平低于初发组(P<0.05),腹型与非腹型间比较异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论过敏性紫癜患儿血中IL-6、IL-8、IL-17、IL-23、TNF-α和IFN-γ出现明显变化,提示这些因子与过敏性紫癜的发病和转归过程有关.
Objective To investigate the changes and significance of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17, IL-23, TNF-α and IFN-γ in children with different types of Henoch-Schonlein purpura.Methods 180 cases of HSP Normal children group of 30 cases of blood samples, disease group, including HSP children with abdominal initial and recovery of 30 cases of each group, non-abdominal onset group of 30 cases of acute and convalescent, abdominal recurrence group 30 cases of acute phase and 30 cases of acute phase of non-abdominal recurrence group.The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17, IL-23 and TNF-α in blood samples were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The levels of IL-6, IL-8, IL-17, IL-23 and TNF-α in the disease group were higher than those in the normal group, and the level of IFN-γ was higher than that in the recovery stage (P <0.05). The levels of IFN-γ in the IFN-γ group were lower than those in the normal group, and the levels in the acute phase were lower than those in the normal group (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between abdomen and non-abdomen (P0.05) .Conclusion The levels of IL-6 and IL-6 in children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura -8, IL-17, IL-23, TNF-α and IFN-γ showed significant changes, suggesting that these Child and the incidence and prognosis of HSP concerned.
