本人从事儿科临床护理管理工作近二十年，设计了一款新型多功能婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺操作台，主要由固定患儿装置、输液和照明装置、升降及移动装置及附有治疗用物等结构构成，具有多功能一体化，集操作台、治疗车、治疗盘于一体，可自动升降高度，可移动，可调节光源方向等功能，经门诊检验科临床应用证实，与老式穿刺台相比，该装置能够提高护理工作效率，提高婴幼儿头皮静脉穿刺采血成功率，穿刺时间缩短，患儿痛苦小，家属满意度高等优点，值得临床推广。“,”A new multi-functional console was designed for infant scalp vein puncture, which consisted of device to fix children, the infusion and lighting equipment, lifting and mobile device, and appendix for treatment.The multi-functional console, integrating the console, treatment center, and treatment plate, was removable and can automatically adjust height and direction. Compared with the oldfashioned puncture station, the new device can improve the efficiency of care, improve success rate of infant scalp vein puncture, shorten the time of puncture with less pain, improve the satisfaction of the parents. It is worthy of promotion.
