新生儿后颅凹血肿比较少见 ,病情凶险 ,但如能早期诊断 ,则预后尚好。我院自 1990～ 1996年间收治此类患儿 9例 ,疗效满意。现报告如下 :临床资料本组男 4例 ,女 5例。胎龄 34～ 40周 ,日龄 0～ 7天。平均母龄 32岁 ,均为初产妇 ,胎头较大 ,出生时体重 35 0 0～ 40 0 0 g。分娩
Posterior fossa hematoma neonatal relatively rare, dangerous condition, but if early diagnosis, the prognosis is still good.
