妊娠20周以后或分娩期正常位置胎盘部分或全部从子宫壁剥离称胎盘早剥。胎盘早剥是妊娠晚期严重并发症,具在起病急,发病快特点。若处理不及时,可危及母儿生命[1]。本文对我院自2005年11月~2006年11月间收治的10例胎盘早剥报道如下。
Placental abruption is partially or completely peeled off from the uterine wall after 20 weeks of gestation or normal at delivery. Placental abruption is a serious complication of late pregnancy, with acute onset, onset characteristics. If not handled properly, can endanger the lives of mothers and children [1]. This article from our hospital from November 2005 to November 2006 were treated 10 cases of placental abruption reported below.
