肺脓肿的内科治疗以往采用全身用药及顺位排痰或局部给药治疗。局部给药的方法较果较好,我组自1981年2月至1982年12月应用肺穿刺抽脓和留置导管给药治疗18例肺脓肿,取得了较好效果,现报导如下: 资料和方法一、选择对象:畏寒、发烧、咳嗽、咳大量脓痰,白总及中性粒细胞增多;X线胸片有大片浓密阴影其间有脓腔。二、治疗方法:对36例肺脓肿患者分为两组:
