新生儿红细胞增多症是新生儿早期比较常见的一种疾病,本病可因血液粘稠、血流缓慢而引起组织缺氧造成全身各系统病变,甚至可造成不可逆的中枢神经系统损害,因此及早地作出诊断和治疗是很重要的,现报告我院收治红细胞增多症30例及随访结果。资料分析一、一般资料: 男23例,女7例;足月儿21例,早产儿9例(其中双胎3例);入院日龄<24小时9例,1~3天13例,4~7天7例,>7天1例;发病日龄:于生后立即发病14例,生后1~2小时4例,12~24小时7例,~3天3例,>3天2例;出生体重:<2500
