根据省人民政府《关于研究医疗保险制度改革工作的会议纪要》([2002]186号)精神和省部属驻榕单位职工基本医疗保险统筹基金的收支结余实际情况,以及省统计局公布的2000年度、2001年度福州市职工平均工资额,经研究确定,2003年度门诊特殊病种和治疗项目的医疗费用统筹基金起付标准、三级定点医疗机构基本医疗保险住院统筹基金起付标准暂不调整(即1173.6元、978元);二级及二级以下定点医疗机构基本医疗保险住院统筹基金起付标准暂定为750元;年度内统筹基金的最高支付限额上调为51000元。
In accordance with the spirit of the Provincial People’s Government’s Meeting on the Study of the Reform of the Medical Insurance System (No. [2002] 186) and the balance of receipts and disbursements of the basic medical insurance co-ordination fund for staff and workers stationed in the provincial department of Banyan, as well as the actual situation of the balance of payments released by the Provincial Bureau of Statistics Year, the average wage of employees in Fuzhou City in 2001 was confirmed by research. The standard of medical expenses co-ordination fund for outpatient special diseases and treatment items in 2003 was up and down. The starting and standard of inpatient co-ordinating fund of basic medical insurance for tertiary fixed-point medical institutions was not adjusted temporarily. (Ie 1173.6 yuan and 978 yuan). The starting and reserve standard for hospital inpatient funds for basic medical insurance at secondary and secondary designated medical institutions is tentatively scheduled to be 750 yuan. The maximum payment limit of co-ordinating funds in the year is raised to 51,000 yuan.
