目的:研究莪术抗癌成分β-榄香烯诱导肝癌细胞早期凋亡的作用及机制。方法:采用 Annex-in-V-FITC 标记后流式细胞术分析和 Fluo-3负载后激光扫描共聚焦显微镜实时监测,观察β-榄香烯诱导小鼠肝癌细胞早期凋亡效应及细胞内游离钙离子的变化。结果:(1)50 μg/ml 浓度的β-榄香烯可诱导肝癌细胞早期凋亡(P<0.01),且呈剂量依赖性;(2)β-榄香烯浓度为50 μg/ml 时,早期凋亡细胞内游离钙离子水平先一过性升高后迅速下降。结论:β-榄香烯可诱导肝癌细胞早期凋亡,其机制与细胞内游离 Ca~(2+)的变化有关。
Objective: To study the effect and mechanism of β-elemene induced early apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells by Curcuma. CONCLUSION: β-elemene can induce early apoptosis of hepatocellular carcinoma cells. The mechanism is related to the change of intracellular free Ca 2+.
