On October 18, 2010, Daye City held a special reporting session on demonstration work of primary and secondary school teachers’ educational technology capacity-building, and 12 demonstration sites reported their work. Zhu Hanming, party secretary and director of the Municipal Bureau of Education, listened to the report and made a keynote speech. Shi Shixiang, the deputy director of the city’s charge of education in electrification, presided over the meeting.
