NF κB是近年来的研究热点之一 ,其分布广泛、功能多样。随着研究进展发现 ,NF κB与肿瘤多药耐药有密切关系 ,如果能以NF κB为治疗靶点 ,对提高化疗效果和肿瘤病人生存率有重要的实际意义。本文就NF κB与肿瘤多药耐药关系的研究进展作一综述
NF κB is one of the hot topics in recent years. It is widely distributed and versatile. With the progress of research, we found that NF-κB is closely related to multi-drug resistance of tumor. If NF-κB can be used as a therapeutic target, it has important practical significance for improving chemotherapy effect and survival rate of tumor patients.
