我国从2000年开始逐步实行药品分类管理制度,随着这项制度的实施,将对零售药店的OTC(非处方药)市场产生重大影响。针对这一形势,北京市组织了部分药品监督管理部门对全市范围内的零售药店现状进行了专项调查和研究,同时对部分消费者对OTC药品的认识程度和消费心理进行了问卷调查。 此次调查结果显示,虽然多数药店都为分类管理进行了宣传,但店员、消费者以及OTC药品销售情况都不甚令人满意。 零售药店OTC市场基本情况
Since 2000, China has gradually implemented the drug classification management system. With the implementation of this system, it will have a significant impact on the OTC (OTC market) of retail pharmacies. In response to this situation, Beijing organized some drug regulatory agencies to conduct a special investigation and study on the status quo of retail pharmacies in the city. At the same time, a questionnaire survey was conducted on the level of awareness and consumer psychology of some consumers about OTC drugs. The survey results show that although most pharmacies are classified management for promotion, but sales staff, consumers and OTC drug sales are not satisfactory. Retail pharmacy OTC market conditions
