半年多来,中国电信湖北公司黄冈分公司(简称黄冈电信)抓住黄冈市公安局(以下简称黄冈公安)建设“警务通”的契机,先是精心筹划,成功夺标,接着精心施工,高品质如期交付使用,实现发展“天翼”手机由原来的76部增加到3968部的首期目标;然后巧施实力,展开全业务再营销,又发展“天翼”手机3621部、宽带1843户、固定电话1021部,2010年增收1120万余元。这些成果的取得得益于黄冈电信的“三变”。
For more than half a year, the Huanggang Branch of China Telecom Hubei (referred to as Huanggang Telecom) seized the opportunity of building Huangpu Public Security Bureau (hereinafter referred to as Huanggang Public Security) to establish a “police communication”.
