铝酸钠溶液分解是氧化铝生产的主要工艺工序之一。送分解的溶液中所含的有机杂质对分解产生极为不利的影响。比如有机物减慢晶体长大的速度,降低氢氧化铝的产出率,促使产生大量泡沫等。
Sodium aluminate solution decomposition is one of the main process of alumina production process. The organic impurities contained in the solution to be decomposed have an extremely adverse effect on the decomposition. Such as organic slow down crystal growth rate, reduce the output of aluminum hydroxide, prompting a lot of foam and so on.
