建设工程监理赖以生存的社会和经济土壤正发生着巨大的变化,建设监理市场的竞争性和开放性已是客观事实。随着我国市场经济的不断发展,以及我国加入世界贸易组织(WTO)15年保护期即将到期,市场将进一步开放,国家政策将日渐向更符合市场经济规律的方向引导,其开放性将日益明显、竞争将日益激烈。监理企业需要做好转型升级,为未来做好准备。
It is an objective fact that the social and economic soil on which construction supervision depends to survive is undergoing tremendous changes. It is an objective fact to establish a competitive and open supervision market. With the continuous development of the market economy in our country and the imminent expiry of the 15-year protection period after China’s accession to the World Trade Organization (WTO), the market will be further opened up and the national policy will gradually be guided in a direction that is more in line with the laws of the market economy. Obviously, the competition will be fiercer and fiercer. Supervision companies need to do the transformation and upgrading, to prepare for the future.
