目的分析2009—2013年襄阳市襄州区甲乙类传染病流行状况,为制定防控策略提供科学依据。方法对襄州区2009—2013年甲乙类传染病疫情资料进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2009—2013年襄州区无甲类传染病报告,报告乙类传染病16种7 235例,年均发病率为137.78/10万;死亡49例,年均死亡率为0.93/10万。以呼吸道传染病为主,共3 646例(占50.39%),其次是血源及性传播传染病2 754例(占38.06%)、肠道传染病652例(占9.01%)和自然疫源及虫媒传染病182例(占2.52%);发病数居前5位的传染病依次为肺结核3 488例(占48.21%)、病毒性肝炎2 585例(占35.73%)、梅毒391例(占5.40%)、细菌性痢疾285例(占3.94%)和麻疹116例(占1.60%),共计6 865例,占总发病数的94.89%。结论 2009—2013年襄州区传染病发病率呈上下波动趋势,今后要重点控制肺结核、乙肝、梅毒、细菌性痢疾和麻疹的流行。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of Class A and B infectious diseases in Xiangzhou District of Xiangyang City from 2009 to 2013 and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of epidemic situation of Class A and B infectious diseases in Xiangzhou District from 2009 to 2013 was conducted. Results There were 7 235 cases of Class A infectious diseases reported in Xiangzhou District from 2009 to 2013, with an average annual incidence of 137.78 / 100 000 and 49 cases of death, with an average annual mortality of 0.93 / 100 000. Respiratory infectious diseases were predominant, with 3,646 cases (50.39%), followed by 2,754 cases (38.06%) of blood and sexually transmitted infections, 652 cases of intestinal infectious diseases (9.01%) and natural foci And infectious diseases of rabbits in 182 cases (accounting for 2.52%). Among the top 5 infectious diseases, 3 488 (48.21%) were tuberculosis, 2 585 (35.73%) were viral hepatitis and 391 were syphilis Accounting for 5.40%), bacterial diarrhea in 285 cases (3.94%) and measles in 116 cases (1.60%), a total of 6 865 cases, accounting for 94.89% of the total number of cases. Conclusion The incidence of infectious diseases in Xiangzhou District fluctuated up and down from 2009 to 2013. In the future, we will focus on controlling the prevalence of tuberculosis, hepatitis B, syphilis, bacillary dysentery and measles.
