目的 目前各种国产化学产热袋的有效期均为二年,不能满足飞行人员救生物品的使用要求。本研究旨在探讨提高化学产热袋有效期的办法。方法 以新品与贮存3年、4年及4年后加水10 ml、8 ml、5 ml的样品相比较,测定其产热数据。结果 新品与贮存3年、4年样品间的产热性能有非常显著性差异,而与4年后加水的样品间无显著性差异,加水量不同的样品间产热性能无显著性差异。结论 采用向产热袋药剂加适量水的办法,可以显著提高其有效期。
Objectives The current domestic production of heat-generating bags are valid for two years, can not meet the requirements of life-saving flight crew. The purpose of this study is to explore ways to increase the expiration date of chemical heat-generating bags. Methods New products were compared with those stored at 10, 8 and 5 ml after 3 years, 4 years and 4 years of storage, and their heat production data were measured. Results There was a significant difference in the thermogenic properties between the new product and the storage for 3 years and 4 years, but no significant difference between the samples added with water after 4 years. There was no significant difference in the thermogenic properties among the samples with different water additions. Conclusion The method of adding heat to the bag with the appropriate amount of water can significantly improve its expiration date.
