目的观察布地奈德对哮喘痰液中性粒细胞弹性蛋白酶(NE)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、基质金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)和血清白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)含量的影响。方法36例中度非急性发作期哮喘患者均给予布地奈德喷喉,每次200μg,2次/d,疗程4周,治疗前后分别收集痰液检测NE、MMP-9、TIMP-1,同时静脉采血检测IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α。结果经治疗后,患者痰液NE、MMP-9、TIMP-1均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且血清IL-6、IL-8及TNF-α也较治疗降低(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论布地奈德可降低痰液上述三种蛋白酶的含量,降低了气道阻力,同时减少血清炎性细胞因子的含量,抑制了呼吸道炎性反应而发挥治疗哮喘的作用。
Objective To observe the effect of budesonide on the expression of neutrophil elastase (NE), matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9), tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase -1 (TIMP-1) and serum interleukin 6 ), Interleukin 8 (IL-8), tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-alpha) content. Methods Thirty - six patients with moderate and non - acute exacerbation of asthma were given budesonide spray throat, 200μg twice a day for 4 weeks. Sputum samples were collected before and after treatment to detect NE, MMP-9 and TIMP-1, Venous blood samples were collected for determination of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α. Results After treatment, the levels of NE, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in sputum of patients were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01), and the levels of IL-6, IL-8 and TNF- , P <0.01). Conclusion Budesonide can reduce the content of the above three proteases in sputum, reduce airway resistance, reduce serum levels of inflammatory cytokines, and inhibit the respiratory inflammatory response to play a role in the treatment of asthma.
