随着郊区乡村工业企业陆续实行了经济承包合同制,乡村工业企业的分配形式随之发生了重大变化,企业的分配已不在年终,而由年初订立的经济合同所确定。因此,企业面临如何正确处理党的分配政策与经济合同关系的问题。笔者在此略抒己见。
As suburb rural industrial enterprises successively implemented the economic contract system, the distribution pattern of rural industrial enterprises changed significantly. The distribution of enterprises was not at the year-end but was determined by the economic contract entered into at the beginning of the year. Therefore, the enterprises are faced with the problem of how to correctly handle the party’s distribution policy and the economic contractual relationship. I am here to express my opinion.
