党的十八届四中全会明确提出全面推进依法治国的历史任务。而实现这一目标,至为关键的要素是建设一支高素质的法律职业人队伍。高等学校、科研机构是法学教育的主体,是法学教育质量的直接责任主体。法学教育质量的高低某种意义上取决于法学教育模式的设计是否合理。现阶段法学教育应当根据全面推进依法治国的根本任务和迫切要求,设计合理的教育模式。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee clearly proposed the historic task of comprehensively promoting the administration of the country according to law. To achieve this goal, the crucial element is to build a contingent of highly qualified legal professionals. Institutions of higher learning and scientific research are the main body of law education and the main body responsible for the quality of law education. The level of the quality of legal education depends on whether the legal education model design is reasonable or not. At the present stage, law education should design a reasonable mode of education according to the fundamental tasks and urgent requirements of promoting the rule of law in an all-round way.
