考虑再制造产品的库存容量限制和市场需求条件,再制造商根据可回收产品的质量价值进行分级。运用马尔科夫链研究回收产品的质量等级变化的不确定问题,设计了再制造系统的各项性能指标,从而解决再制造商在可回收再制造系统中对产品回收的再制造最优决策问题。最后通过数值计算,说明再制造产品在不同质量需求等级情况下,再制造商会根据存储能力和不同等级回收产品的处理效率,制定出产品回收的策略。
Taking into account the inventory capacity limitations of remanufactured products and the market demand conditions, remanufacturers rank the quality values of recyclable products. Using Markov chain to study the uncertainty of the quality level of the recycled products, the performance indexes of the remanufactured system are designed so as to solve the remanufacturing optimal decision-making problem in the remanufacturing of the remanufactured products . Finally, by numerical calculation, the remanufactured products under different levels of quality requirements, remanufacturers will be based on storage capacity and different levels of recycling product processing efficiency, develop a product recovery strategy.
