由于不锈钢材料强度大,而在拉拔中容易发生热粘着,一般采用铜合金模具能有效地避免热粘着,但铜合金强度小,磨损严重,不适宜在高应力加工状态下工作。陶瓷材料强度大,耐热性好,但是抗冲击性能差,用于拉拔模具要考虑加工工艺。本文介绍用陶瓷材料做拉拔模具的应用结果,供参考。采用陶瓷(SiC)拉拔模具,在常规压力下烧结而成,表面经抛光后粗糙度为Ra0.25μm。为了避免应力集中,模具采用聚氯乙烯材料的螺钉固定在支座上,用环氧树脂粘结。拉拔模具安装在无级变速车床上,拉后盘条卷绕在车床主轴上。材料为SUS304,φ1.2mm。

Using ceramic (SiC) drawing mold, sintered at normal pressure, the surface roughness after polishing Ra0.25μm. In order to avoid stress concentration, the mold is fixed on the support by a screw made of polyvinyl chloride material and bonded with an epoxy resin.
